As big as a soccer ball

Hi again folks!

I can't believe it but I already look like someone took a soccer ball and smooshed it partially into my abdomen. Woah. Anyone want to take a vote on whether they think I have twins after all??

I just read an article in the St. Croix Valley Press about a couple I know who adopted four kids from Ethiopia, after having adopted twins several years back. This is the kind of thing that I wanted to get famous for. But every time that I really get serious about adoption, God sends us another baby the old fashioned way!

I have a good friend who had infertility for four years and adopted a child during that time. She became pregnant about a year ago and now has two kids. They're adopting a girl from Eastern Europe.

I always wanted to do this kind of extravagant love. Maybe someday I will? Or maybe what I'm supposed to do on this planet is just love these kids, these now four (or five?!) little kids, with everything I've got. That, at least, is one thing I know.
